We were thrilled to spend Thanksgiving at home this year with my mom and dad. They flew out for a week to spend the holiday with us and Liam of course. It was such a nice time to spend some time cooking in the kitchen with my mom while my dad played in the living room with his grandson. We have a lot to be thankful for this year and being able to spend time together (even though it may not be as frequent as we wish) is just one of them. Hard to believe that the year is already coming to a close and we'll be celebrating Christmas and Liam's 1st birthday in just the next two months!With some Black Friday shopping under our belt, we decided to bring Liam to meet Santa on Saturday in Old Town Fort Collins. This Santa has been coming to Old Town for years and not only speaks English but also Spanish and Sign Language. Although he was not in your typical Santa suit, he was very kind and when Liam showed even the slightest ounce of a cry Santa made sure that I, "Mommy", stayed with Liam to ease his fears. We got some pretty great shots of his first meeting with Santa.
