We had a wonderful 4th of July with our little man. Our friends invited us up to the lake (Horsetooth Reservoir) to spend some time out on their boat. It was a beautiful day and Liam enjoyed the great outdoors! Of course we are now officially teething and EVERYTHING within Liam's reach eventually ended up in his mouth. He chews aggressively on his fingers, tethers, toys, my fingers and even blankets. Still no actual teeth yet but I'm checking on a daily basis. Exhibit A:Our 4th of July was spent with friends at a BBQ and then it was off to a local fireworks display. Liam slept through all of the fireworks, so next year will be interesting to see if he cries when they go off.
We did finally book a trip home to NJ. We'll be flying back home August 23rd. Can't wait to see everyone and spend a day down the Jersey Shore!
